Busy times ahead

I had a mock exam in phonetics today and did good - 20.5/30. The second one wasn't quite as good because I tuned out. IF ONLY the first mock exam was the real thing. But at least I'm kinda passing now compared to before when I was failing a lot of my tests. So yeah, I'm definitely pressing on. Gotta stay strong and focused and continue praying. Yes, prayers are definitely needed for me to pass summer school! I only have 2 weeks to go - Linguistics exam next week on the Mon and Phonetics and Grammar exams the week after on Mon and Tues respectively.

After the exams I am so gonna hang out with friends I've been meaning to call and would love to watch Jumpr as well. TY's sent me some TV shows and movies so I can't wait to finish my powerstudy for my exams and get onto it as soon as summer school's over. Got a live speech test for work coming up next week too... but not too worried about it although nerves get the better of me sometimes. So would definitely need prayers on that one too.

As for my first two shifts at SBS last week, it was so awesome! As a c-a-p-t-i-o-n-e-r there, you don't just do c-a-p-t-i-o-n-i-n-g, you also manage the videotapes and video editing stuff. Pretty cool. The building inside is really modern and a lot of open space that it looks like a gallery. Am definitely going to take photos next time. And I get an internal carpark too which is surprising because the rest of my colleagues didn't get one... the security guard must really like me to do that for me. Hee... Stay tune for SBS photos... I won't really takea picture of the outside of the building because it looks kinda crappy and you can't really see inside - well, it's all one-way, so you can see from the inside out onto the street but can't see what's inside the building from on the street itself - security reasons I'm guessing. And my SBS pass is pretty cool too. =)

This week, I'm going to the mechanics to get a full inspection on my car. It's the whole process of changing over your rego when you move interstate. Well, you have about 3 months to change your rego and it's been almost a month now.. but it seems like a long process and I don't want to wait too late because uni semester one would have officially started by then.

So yes, still busy you could say...
