I am a little nervous to start Sem 2. It doesn't feel like I had a break... The one week in Melb wasn't enough I think. It was quite rushed and short-lived... And then it was straight back to work. I can't believe it's been a month already...
I just got one of my unit's textbooks and course notes from the post, and I'm looking through them, going Hmm at every word/sentence I see... Nothing seems familiar or stands out which makes me even more nervous. But then it gives me that oomph to wanna start reading up. Time is of essence though... and at the moment, there's hardly any time to do that. I struggle to even get my washing done and clean the house every week. I think I need a good day off!
Am working the whole weekend. Today, I have about half an hour before heading to work. I end at about 9pm so will probably do washing after. Then Sunday, it's church and work. After work, I'll prob watch So You Think You Can Dance and have dinner, and then take down the clothes from the drying rack if it's dry... haha... that's my plan for the weekend... how boring huh? And then Monday, TY heads over at night-time, so I'll be getting him from the airport. During the day, will probably wake early to clean out my wardrobe which may take an hour or two. Then head over to the Salvos to hand them the clothes I dun wan. After that, will probably be sorting out bills, cleaning my room, especially my shelves - just getting rid of papers and certain files... Then might research some places to go with TY when he's here. TY will be here for a week and leaves on Sun. The Mon after, class would have started... So... there isn't really much time for looking through my notes at all before uni. The good news is that I am gonna be doing two of my subjects from home. But the first set of course notes already looked tough. Hmm...
With work and uni next Sem, I think there'll be more blog entries about less sleep... plus budgeting... I just spent 6K on Sem 2... ouch ouch! A little bit of my fault though - cause I went out a lot this month... but it was definitely good. The social life is always great to have.
